MavenSync did not begin with a traditional software-development background. It grew from years of seeing everyday work become harder when information is scattered, processes are manual and people must hold a system together themselves.
Madelein spent six to seven years as an HR coordinator in an education-technology start-up that served TVET colleges. She looked after the staff master data, and she kept improving manual processes. When new staff joined, the paper form became a letter with a Google Form link. Their details and CVs went into the digital filing system, and nobody had to retype them. Later, her work grew into digital marketing: email sequences and online sales pages, with forms and payments, for businesses that wanted to get online.
Christelle brings more than twenty years across ERP, retail, logistics and supply-chain operations, on systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle Retail. She spent much of that time training the people who used those systems and supporting the software itself.
Different paths, the same habit: understand the problem, structure the information, improve the process.
Then an early collaboration showed us the need. A partner saw our application work and asked for help with WhatsApp automation. The work started with a field-audit app. On store visits, we saw how much important work was done by hand, and how few options growing businesses have. This is not a once-off problem. Many growing businesses have it, and MavenSync exists to work alongside them and make change practical.

AI systems and workflow lead
Madelein turns unclear work into clear steps. She builds with AI-assisted development: she prototypes with AI agents, then reviews and tests the results. She has an honours degree in psychology and years of experience with HR data and with automating manual processes, such as online marketing and staff onboarding. Most recently, she helped run reporting workflows and improved the process: she recommended a shared folder system and wrote clear guides for the AI agents, so the reports became easier to produce. She also built TrueLane, a public assessment-based prototype (truelane.online).
Data process and adoption lead
Christelle brings more than 20 years of experience across ERP, retail, logistics and supply-chain operations, working with systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle Retail. Her qualifications include a National Diploma in Industrial Engineering, an SAP Materials Management qualification and APICS certification. She specialises in data quality, process improvement, systems testing and user training, helping businesses improve how their systems and processes work. Alongside that she provides practical training, ongoing support and quality checks across documents, data and digital tools, including websites.
