1. Who we are

MavenSync (Pty) Ltd operates this website. We give technology-enabled operational support to South African SMEs, including data preparation, reporting, workflow improvement, automation and practical digital tools. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

Only what you give us through the contact or booking forms:

• Your full name
• Business name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Your message, and what you tell us about your work

The website may use basic technical cookies to run properly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Why we collect it, and who sees it

We use your information to reply to you, book your call, and deliver the services you ask for.

We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. We do not sell your details.

We share your details only:

• with the service providers we use to run our business, for example Mailbaser for the contact form and Google Workspace for email and storage
• when the law requires it

4. How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, or for as long as South African law requires.

5. Your rights (POPIA)

Under POPIA, you have these rights:

• Access: ask what information we hold about you.
• Correction: ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Deletion: object to us using your information, or ask us to delete it.

6. Security

We store your information with standard business safeguards, on access-controlled systems such as Google Workspace.
